Training

Our training courses last one or two days and can be given at your premises or at our Head Office in Nieuwegein (The Netherlands). Currently we offer 4 standard training courses to get customers started with TD/OMS. Besides the standard training we offer a number of specials related to Eclipse developers. All courses can be "custom-built" to your situation.

1 - TD/OMS User

A course for employees who are going to develop and manage applications with TD/OMS. In one day you will gain insight into the most important processes of TD/OMS and enhance your capabilities in using it. This course will also address the basic features of the Eclipse in relation to the TD/OMS Eclipse GUI. Depending on your requirements the will focus on the TD/OMS GUI or on the usage of TD/OMS within RDi.

2 - TD/OMS Application Manager

A course for employees who are going to manage and organize TD/OMS within their organization. In two days you gain insight into the most important processes of TD/OMS, enhance your capabilities in using it, and you learn to organize and manage the environment within TD/OMS.

3 - TD/OMS Special

A "refresher course" for employees who have already been working with TD/OMS for some time, or who would like to get acquainted with the management of advanced features like IFS-objects, objects on distributed platforms, document management and JAVA developement etc. In one day you will catch up on the latest functions of TD/OMS. Besides this, you will practice your capabilities in the use of the solution.

4 - Help Desk Management System Application Manager

A course for employees who manage and organize the Help Desk Management System. After this one-day course, participants have gained sufficient knowledge to be able to carry out this process independently and successfully.

 

Specials:
5 - Introduction RDi (Rational Development suite for IBM System i)

This one day course introduces RDi in the Eclipse development environment. This course is meant for IBM i (AS/400, System i) programmers who want to learn how to use the RDi to develop IBM i server components (RPG, COBOL) in combination with JAVA development etc).
