RAT001:Ratification count

The ratification count indicates the number of authorized people that have ratified the fix or the request. Ratification groups are connected to an environment. At least one user of each ratification group must ratify the request or fix before it can be transferred to the next environment.

The number of required ratifications is indicated by the number of ratification groups.
