XREF parallel processing

XREF Parallel processing was created to add more speed to the indexing process. Now you can have up to 10 indexing jobs running in parallel.

I2001 - Fix for file logging no longer active on Gravity client
I2003 - Tied xref web logging into Gravity logback logging
I2007 - Added UI configurable parallel processing of xref source location checkouts
I2014 - Added a UI attribute to (temporarily) disable the checkout of a location
I2016 - Fix for Xref tdoms provider which was indexing even if no files were changed
I2017 - Deleting authorizable entities from an MS SQL db hangs
I2019 - Update the MS SQL driver to the latest
I2022 - Fix for multiple emails being sent to the same email address
I2031 - Stackoverflow when trying to add a project to Xref group
I2023 - Xref removes sources for IASP location if the location cannot be read
I2024 - User-admin view does not work if superuser admin is removed from an admin role
I2025 - Admin cannot change comments and comment subjects
I2032 - Xref project may not be indexed after failed checkout
I2033 - Delete of unused Xref location can fail with persistence exception
I2035 - Search does not work anymore
