If mail is configured then an email message will be sent when the oauth2 credentials, required for the mail handler, has expired.

I2136 update mail handling message for unexpected error

Provide a more informative message when the mail handler encounters an error while attempting to read a mail box.

I2140 Xref, cleanup orphaned source locations

When renaming a location not all location parts were being removed as part of the rename, the result could be that outdated locations were being processed on the Xref server.
