How to create a remote system

In the TD/OMS Work management view, press the New Remote System Icon Newsystem.png.

In the Dialog that appears enter the following information.

  1. Select a machine that you created earlier to copy the details of this machine
  2. The TCP/IP name of the system or the IP address
  3. The description of this machine
  4. Your user ID
  5. The name of your TD/OMS library. Usual OMS or TDOMS
  6. The library list is comma-separated and should contain the TD/OMS library as the first entry. Then add product libraries for the interfaces you have installed. E.g., XAPROD
  7. The Transfer Server Port can be left to blanks unless you have instructions to change it
  8. The SSH Transfer checkbox can be left alone unless you have instructions to check it
  9. Choose if you want to have a secure connection. Uncheck this if the connection will not start

After you press Finish, the machine will be loaded and visible in the Work Management View.
