Data collected from you. Remain Software collects personal data directly from you, for instance when you inquire about one of Remain’s Services and Solutions, or from your interactions with our website, products or services. We collect this information to better understand how visitors use the website, to improve our websites and experience for visitors, and to monitor the security of the website. From time to time, Remain Software may publicly release non-personally-identifying information collected from website visitors in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the website. Remain Software also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses from visitors. Remain Software does not use such information to identify or track individual visitors, however. Account creation. When you create an account with us via our website, we may collect your contact details and a password.
Billing data. When you purchase Services and/or Solutions or register to attend an event, we may collect your contact information.
Device and usage data. Information Remain Software Does Not Collect
Remain Software does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, genetic data, health information, or religious information. Although Remain Software does not request or intentionally collect any sensitive personal information, we realize that users might store this kind of information. If you store any sensitive personal information, you are consenting to our storage of that information, which are located in the Netherlands and in the United States.
If you're a child under the age of 13, you may not have an account on the website. Remain Software does not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our website or content specifically to children under 13. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under the age of 13, we will close the child’s account.
How We protect and Use Your Personal Data

Why We Share Personal Data?

Billing. Remain Software uses an internal service provider to manage invoicing processing.

How to Manage Your Personal Data
Communication Preferences. If you have received promotional communications from Remain Software via email and would like to opt-out of future communications, you can click on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the emails messages or you can go here. To opt out of other forms of communication, you may unsubscribe by contacting us using the information in the “Contacting Us" section below.
Managing personal data. Remain Software provides different accounts with varying functionality depending on the Services and Solutions users access. Remain Software accounts generally permit you to update your user settings or profile by logging into the applicable website or Extranet with your username and password. If you do not have an account but wish to make a request to manage your data, you can contact Remain Software using the information in the “Contact Us” section.
Requests to manage your data will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe. If you are an employee of a Remain Software customer, you may also wish to contact your company’s system administrator for assistance in managing your data.
International Transfers of Personal Data
Remain Software may process and store your data in your region or we may transfer it to the United States or to other countries in which we have affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers.
