Helpdesk support is part of our software maintenance contract, which is included in our software license along with new releases, interim solutions, and functional updates.
Using Helpdesk is fast and easy:
- First, you create a new account or log in if you already have one.
- Once you're there, you can search to see what other customers have reported and our reply to it.
- If the answer you were looking for is not there, you can file an issue, ask for an enhancement, or send us a question.
