Implementation of Remote Job Monitor UI
Introduces Remote Job Monitor plugin designed to give users complete visibility into remote job activity through intuitive analytics and detailed record exploration. The plugin now provides a streamlined monitoring experience through two dedicated tabs: Insights and Details.
Branches
Branches can now be viewed in OCTO with the new Branches plugin. Similar to tasks, they can be filtered with a search or fixed criteria. Expanding the branch will reveal the task that it belongs to and with it, comes all the functionality that a task can have in the same plugin without having to switch to work management. A branch can also be edited or deleted.
Freshdesk Implementation
Now OCTO interfaces with Freshdesk, the ticketing system from Freshworks. Tickets can be viewed, filtered and linked to TD/OMS tasks similar to the other interfaces that the tracker plugin supports in OCTO.
Multi select add to build queue
The multiselect for solutions includes a new option for Add to build queue. Progress is visible through a progress indicator, making it clear when a process is running and how far it has progressed.
RDi & Standalone Client
RDi – Make regex filters case insensitive
All Regular Expression fields in the Work Management filters have been made case insensitive.
IBM i Core
Nested copymembers are not found
If program x uses copymember a which includes copymember b, then we now see a dependencies of x to a and b. Reinstall the source scanner for this to become active.
Source API – Change Owner Authority
The Source API has been enhanced to remove QSECOFR ownership from the main program. Ownership is now assigned to a profile with normal authority, ensuring users can read and write source files strictly based on their own permissions, in alignment with security standards.
Branch REST API – Introduce REST Service for Action PURGE
A REST service has been introduced in the Branch REST API to purge stashed branch information. For more information, see the REST Branch API documentation.
