Did you already try the Remain Business Reporting module? If not then you should give it a spin. The reporting module enables you to analyze your historical SCM data and present this in a state-of-the-art report. This can include statistical data, Ratification Reports, Release Reports and so on.
TD/OMS comes with a number of reports included but it is very easy to create your own reports.
The back-end of the reporting solution is built on Eclipse BIRT. Eclipse BIRT has featured Remain software on their BIRT-Exchange pages.
