His customer-centric approach has been instrumental in building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional value to clients. 

He collaborates closely with Wim Jongman and the technical team, focusing on Remain Software's full-stack DevOps solutions, like TD/OMS, Gravity, FusionPro, API Studio, and AI Chatbot.
